How do I get a new copy of my 1099?

Every January, Revolution sends out 1099s to all clients for income received the prior year. We first attempt to send these to you by email, and then if you haven't accepted delivery by email by about the 25th of the month, we will send them out by old-fashioned "snail mail" to your address on file.

If you can't find your 1099 that was sent, or you need one from a prior year, we are happy to get another copy sent to you. Please submit this form to request a new copy, and we will get that processed ASAP. If you want a copy sent by email, there is no charge, but if you need a physical copy mailed, we do have to charge a $25 postage and handling fee.
