Our staff works Mondays thru Fridays, 9am to 5pm, except during federal banking holidays. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, we are closed on the prior Friday, and if a holiday falls on a Sunday, we are closed on the following Monday.
However, our actual office locations are by appointment only, as our team generally works remotely. In order to have someone at the office to meet with you, you would need to schedule that in advance by contacting us at support@RevolutionRM.com to setup an appointment. Generally, though, we find that almost all issues can be resolved by email rather than requiring an in-person appointment.
